What's Next?

What are my expectations for next year?

*To have a job
*To be better at observations than I was this year
*To have the confidence in myself that others have in me
*To be the best, fully-prepared teacher that I can be
*To be okay with wherever God wants me to be
*To never give up
*To really get to know my students better so that I can find more intrinsic motivation for them and meet their needs better
*To better integrate my personal life and my teaching life
*To never take for granted the opportunities I've been given
*To be given a second chance

First Year - Done

First year of teaching complete.  What did I learn?

*Document everything
*You can't trust everyone
*Teaching is hard!
*My students were really smart and kept me on my toes.
*I never wanted to be out because I would miss a day to help them learn something new.
*The ones that try your patience the most are the ones that need you the most.
*Things move at warp speed.
*You can't please all of the people all of the time.
*There is only so much knowledge I can fit into my brain at one time ;)
